Oceanteam ASA's Annual Report 2009 was approved by the Board of Directors on April 30th 2010.
There are no changes in the annual accounts compared with the annual accounts presented in the fourth quarter report.
The Annual Report 2009 will be released later today.
The Annual General Meeting will be held 27 May 2010.
