The Company announces that:
On 22 May 2015 it received notification that, on 21 May 2015 Mr Stephan Wilcke, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, sold 2,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 298.657 pence per share.
Following this transaction Mr Wilcke is interested in 999,711 ordinary shares, representing 0.41 per cent of the ordinary shares in issue.
