Placing of existing shares
OneSavings Bank plc (the "Company") announces that RBC Capital Markets ("RBC") has today placed 5,771,527 existing ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on behalf of members of executive management and staff at a price of 298 pence per share. The Ordinary Shares in aggregate amount to approximately 2.3 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
Following these disposals, the Executive Management and Employees will hold 6,185,524 Ordinary Shares representing 2.5 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
