This notification is made further to an announcement made on 10 June 2015, which incorrectly stated the interest in Company shares at 10 June 2015 for Zoe Bucknell and John Eastgate. The correct position is as stated below.
The Company announces that:
On 10 June 2015, subsequent to the ending of a post-IPO lock up period, executive directors and other persons discharging managerial responsibilities ('PDMRs') sold ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 298 pence per share as follows:
