The board has approved the annual accounts and directors report for
Pronova BioPharma ASA without essential changes to the preliminary full year
results for 2008. The net profit for the fiscal year 2008 was NOK 344.1
million. This is according to the preliminary results published 13 February 2009.
The financial statements will be published together with the notice
for the ordinary general meeting, which is scheduled for 5
May 2009.
