Prosafe SE: New Chief Financial Officer

Reference is made to press release of 3 July 2015 in which Prosafe informed that Mr Stig H. Christiansen had been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Prosafe is pleased to announce that Mr Christiansen has assumed this position today.

Mr Christiansen will overlap with current CFO, Mr Sven Børre Larsen, until the end of August.
