IMPORTANT EVENTS DURING 2002

During 2002 the market climate has been difficult and sales cycles have been long. Despite this, 2002 has brought along a number of important deals, agreements and events.

The ongoing global launch of INVOICES has led to a number of valuable deals and a growing number of companies have invested in automatic invoice processing. Some of these are Monoprix, DFDS Transport, RTL Television and SchlumbergerSema InfoData. ReadSoft's SAP integration has also been successful. More and more SAP users have decided to connect INVOICES to their business systems. Porsche, Borealis and Emons Spedition are some of these important SAP references.

The largest single order in 2002 was a FORMS deal with the international cosmetics company Ebel Cosmetics. FORMS was chosen to automate the processing of order forms in eleven Latin American countries. The FORMS customer-list grew steadily and some of the new customers are AMP Financials, the German Road Association, Computershare and a number of census projects, for example in Bangladesh.

After a period of research and development, a new, mobile FORMS application was launched in connection with the digital pen from ReadSoft's technology partner Anoto.

ReadSoft received the "Best of AIIM" award during the world-leading document management exhibition AIIM in San Francisco. This time, ReadSoft's INVOICES technology was praised for its SAP integration, email and web functionality.
