ReadSoft and Esker provide document automation solutions through global partnership

ReadSoft has signed a global partner agreement with Esker Software, a French-based output management provider with activities in more than 80 countries. The new partnership offers solutions for document automation on markets where ReadSoft and Esker are present.

Connected to a business workflow system, the ReadSoft and Esker solution will allow companies to completely automate their document processing, including invoicing and purchasing processes; from the automatic capture of incoming documents to the automatic delivery of outgoing documents.

ReadSoft's technology captures and interprets incoming documents (on paper or in electronic form) and directs them to the corresponding enterprise application (accounting, purchase management, etc.) The Esker DeliveryWare Platform delivers purchase orders in the recipients' preferred format (email, XML, fax, Web, SMS etc). Both solutions are completely compatible and integrate seamlessly into all major ERP systems. Furthermore, both ReadSoft and Esker are SAP-Certified Partners.

At a sales and marketing level, the partnership will initially call for a series of seminars in European countries where Esker and ReadSoft are present, in particular the United Kingdom, Germany and Spain. Already launched in France and Australia, these seminars have proved to be very successful, attracting CFOs, senior buyers and other chief executives. Some fifteen projects are already based on this offer.
