IMPORTANT EVENTS DURING THE THIRD QUARTER OF 2003

During the period, ReadSoft delivered a substantial amount of software to Nordea, a leading financial group in the Nordic countries. The FORMS software will be put to work in Oslo, Copenhagen and Århus to process 2,5 million receipts from nighttime cash boxes.

One of many new INVOICES customers is The Scandinavian airline group SAS, who has decided to use ReadSoft's software for electronic invoice processing. The new agreement concerns implementing the INVOICES technology within the SAS group.

TietoEnator, leading IT-integrator in Scandinavia, has chosen ReadSoft as their main supplier of software for automatic document capture. The new partner agreement concerns both FORMS and INVOICES-sales in the Nordic countries.

ReadSoft's new products and solutions were also successful during Q3.

The Swedish personal security company Spärrservice became the first company to use a truly mobile data capture solution. The new solution from ReadSoft and Vodafone increases efficiency and shortens order and delivery processes. Mobile data capture is made possible by digital pens with Anoto functionality, ReadSoft FORMS, and the Vodafone service Notera Blankett.

ReadSoft also launched EZ-OUT 1-2, the ground-breaking software for electronic invoicing. A marketing campaign was initiated to mark the actual launch in Sweden and the Scandinavian countries.
