Automating the handling of paper invoices has been a very important objective for Grupo Puig who constantly strives to standardize and improve corporate processes. The new ReadSoft system, which has been running since September 2006, automatically scans invoices and captures all the relevant information. It also integrates this information into Grupo Puig's SAP system and offers an electronic workflow and archive.

With the implementation of ReadSoft's solution, Grupo Puig will have an automatic system that digitizes and automates the processing of more than 100,000 paper invoices from different suppliers. This will allow the company to substantially improve their document management. Moreover, employees will have one single repository for all invoice information, which will permit quick access to the digitized invoices. The new system will also save Grupo Puig a lot of space and paper.
