RomReal - Change in Board of Directors
RomReal announces that it has appointed two new Directors, Jonas Bjerg and Arve Nilsson with immediate effect.
Jonas Bjerg is a partner of North Bridge, the London based Asset Management boutique and founder of RomReal. Jonas has 16 years' experience in corporate finance and equity capital markets. He was previously involved in the management of RomReal during its first year of operation. Previous employers include Alfred Berg as Head of Corporate Finance for the London office, and McKinsey & Co.
Arve Nilsson is an independent investor with extensive international experience in equity capital markets. Arve has over 22 years' experience in equity sales, fund management and real estate investment. Previous employers include Carnegie both in Copenhagen and in London and Danske Bank in Copenhagen.
Carine Smith will step down as Director of RomReal with immediate effect. The Company would like to sincerely thank Carine for her services and contribution to RomReal.
The Board of RomReal now consists of 5 members - Kjetil Gronskag (Chairman), Thor Bjordal, Mihai Buia, Arve Nilsson and Jonas Bjerg.
