The Board of Directors of RomReal Ltd would like to confirm the following financial calendar for 2009:
 
-       4th Quarter results 2008 and preliminary annual result 2008 - 27th February 2009
-       1st Quarter results 2009 - 15th May 2009
-       2nd Quarter results 2009 - 14th August 2009
-       3rd Quarter results 2009 - 13th November 2009
 
All dates are subject to change.
 
RomReal has published its 2008 results as follows:
 
-       4th Quarter results 2007 and preliminary annual result 2007 was published on 22nd February 2008
-       1st Quarter results 2008 were published on 16th May 2008
-       2nd Quarter results 2008 were published on 15th August 2008
-       3rd Quarter results 2008 will be published on 14th November 2008 at 08.30 CET
