RomReal : MANDATORY NOTIFICATION OF TRADE

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice 15 May 2013 regarding RomReal Ltd's (the "Company") offer to shareholders of the Company as of 15 May 2013 to purchase up to 3,000 of each shareholder's shares at NOK 1.50 per share (the "Offer").

The Company has on 27 May 2013 received acceptance for 5,380 shares under the Offer.

RomReal Ltd will, including the shares which were accepted sold up until 27 May 2013, hold 5,380 shares in the Company.
