RomReal : Mandatory Notification of Trade 28 May 2013

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice 15 May 2013 regarding RomReal Ltd (the "Company") offer to shareholders of the Company as of 15 May 2013 to purchase up to 3,000 of each shareholder's shares at NOK 1.50 per share (the "Offer").

The Company has on 28 May 2013 received acceptance for 2,052 shares in respect to the Offer.

RomReal Ltd will hold 7,432 shares in the Company, including the shares that were accepted to be sold until 28 May 2013.
