RomReal : Mandatory Notification of Trade 29 May 2013

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice 15 May 2013 regarding RomReal Ltd's (the "Company") offer to shareholders of the Company as of 15 May 2013 to purchase up to 3,000 of each shareholder's shares at NOK 1.50 per share (the "Offer").

The Company has on 27 May 2013 received acceptance for 1,284 shares under the Offer.

RomReal Ltd will hold 8,716 shares in the Company, including the shares which were accepted to be sold up until 29 May 2013, .
