RomReal : Mandatory notification of trade 30 May 2013

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice 15 May 2013 regarding RomReal Ltd's (the "Company") offer to shareholders of the Company as of 15 May 2013 to purchase up to 3,000 of each shareholder's shares at NOK 1.50 per share (the "Offer").

The Company has on 30 May 2013 received acceptance for 1,080 shares under the Offer.

RomReal Ltd will hold 9,796 shares in the Company, including the shares which were accepted to be sold up until 30 May 2013.
