RomReal : DELAYED DELIVERY OF ISIN FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION RIGHTS

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice dated 17 June 2013 regarding an approved prospectus ("the Prospectus") and the commencement of the subscription period of the Rights Issue ("the Rights Issue").

There has been a delay in the delivery of the ISIN for the subscription rights. However, the problem has been resolved. The ISIN is available, and the subscription rights will now be visible in VPS.
