The following primary insiders of RomReal Ltd. (the "Company") have performed the following trades:

• Kjetil Grønskag (Chairman of the board) has on 3 July 2013 acquired 2,100,000 shares in the Company for a purchase price of NOK 0.167 per share. Grønskag will be holding 9,504,766 shares following the acquisition.
• Kay Thorkildsen (CEO) has on 3 July 2013 acquired 2,400,000 shares in the Company for a purchase price of NOK 0.167 per share. Thorkildsen will be holding 7,998,370 shares following the acquisition.
• Jonas Bjerg (Board member) has on 3 July 2013 acquired 1,000,000 shares in the company for a purchase price of NOK 0.167 per share. Bjerg will be holding 2,892,989 shares following the acquisition.
