RomReal :Second (Q2) Quarter 2013 Financial Results Report and Investor Presentation.
RomReal hereby announces the highlights in connection with the Q2 2013 results:
- Statutory Net Asset Value (NAV) under IFRS was EUR 4.57 (NOK 35.7) per share at the end of Q2 2013, an increase of 1.1% compared to the end of Q1 2013. This is mainly due to the foreign exchange movement. The Group has not made any changes to the land bank portfolio valuation since the year end independent valuation (Note: These figures are pre rights issue that was completed in July 2013).
- Group Pre-tax Profit in Q2 2013 of EUR 0.006 million. Total assets at end Q2 2013 were EUR 34.5 million.
- On 15 May 2013 the Company gave notice that all shareholders could sell up to 3,000 of their shares. This resulted in 80,195 shares (Note: Pre rights issue) being bought back by the Company and reduced the RomReal number of shareholders from 426 to 344.
- Through the Rights Issue completed during July 2013, RomReal raised NOK 12.3 million before transaction related costs of NOK 0.9 million. The number of shares has been increased by 98,494,720 shares to 103,419,456 shares compared to 4,924,736 shares prior to the rights issue.
- A likely reverse stock split will take place before 31 December 2013 as approved by the shareholders during the 2013 Annual General Meeting. This is in order to conform with the Oslo Stock Exchange regulations requiring the share to trade above NOK 1.
