RomReal : Liquidity Budget 2012 Highlights
RomReal's board approved the 2012 budget. The highlights from the liquidity budget are:
a) A 25% increase in Income from the re organization of Rental Income collection deriving from the land bank.
b) The administrative costs have been further lowered by another 10 to 20%, after a year on year cut of 13% in 2011. As of 1st January 2012, the Company's Board is to be reduced from 7 to 6 members and the Directors' fee is proposed to be reduced by another 20%. As a result of the Board (...)

RomReal : Third Quarter 2011 Financial Results and Investor Presentation
RomReal hereby announces the highlights in connection with the Q3 2011 results:
- Statutory Net Asset Value (NAV) under IFRS was EUR 0.61 (NOK 4.7) per share at the end of Q3 2011, a decline of 2.8% compared to the end of Q2 2011. This is mainly caused by the unrealised foreign exchange losses as a result of further RON depreciation against EUR during the quarter
- Pre-tax loss in Q3 2011 of EUR 2.24 million. Total assets at the end of Q3 2011 were EUR 42.86 million.

RomReal Second Quarter 2011 Results
RomReal hereby announces the highlights in connection with the Q2 2011 results:
- Statutory Net Asset Value (NAV) under IFRS was EUR 0.63 (NOK 5.2) per share at the end of Q2 2011, a decline of 0.2% compared to the end of Q1 2011. RomReal First Quarter 2011 Results
RomReal hereby announces the highlights in connection with the Q1 2011 results:
- Statutory Net Asset Value (NAV) under IFRS was EUR 0.63 (NOK 5.2) per share at the end of Q1 2011, a decline of 0.3% compared to the end of Q4 2010 in EUR. This is the result of the currency translation impact of the Romanian subsidiary companies in the consolidated accounts In NOK there was an increase in NAV of 6% for the same period from NOK4.9 to NOK5.2 per share.

RomReal Q4 2010 Results
RomReal hereby announces the highlights in connection with the Q4 2010 results:
- Statutory Net Asset Value (NAV) under IFRS was EUR 0.63 (NOK 4.9) per share at the end of Q4 2010, a decline of 21.8% compared to the end of Q3 2010. This was mainly a result of a decrease in the value of investment properties as determined by the independent valuator. ROMREAL - IMPROVED LIQUIDITY STATUS
Following the announcement of 12 November 2010, RomReal announces that the all the documentation for the EUR 11.6m Alpha bank loan is concluded and signed and interest for the same period is paid in advance. The loan is extended for two years with new maturity date 30 November 2012
According to the present liquidity budget, RomReal has sufficient cash today to continue operations until the maturity date without any new disposals and additional cash from other sources.

RomReal Extends Alpha Bank Loan for 2 Years
RomReal is pleased to announce that the Company has received a written confirmation from Alpha Bank that an extension of the loan facility of EUR 11.6 million has been approved for a period of 2 years with maturity on 30.11.2012. Following this the final loan documentation will now be put in place.
The difference between the size of this agreed facility and the size of the original loan of EUR 13.7 million is the EUR 2.1 million repayment that the Company made after selling the "Bus Station" (...)

RomReal Divests Constanta Property for €2.3m
RomReal has divested one of its properties in central Constanta, Romania, namely the Bus Station Plot, for €2.3m in cash. The sale price is in line with the most recent independent valuation of the property which is a component of the overall published NAV figure for RomReal. By the end of 2nd quarter 2010, RomReal NAV per share was EUR 0.83 (NOK 6.3).

Minutes of Special General Meeting of the Shareholders of RomReal
The Board of Directors of RomReal, in line with the Company's Cost Saving strategy, have recommended to the Company's shareholders that the total assessable capital of the Company be reduced by means of the reduction of the Company's authorised share capital from EUR 90,000,000 to EUR 9,000 and, further, that the share premium account of the Company be reduced by way of transfer to its contributed surplus account.

RomReal has decided to terminate the current market making agreement with First Securities in Oslo, Norway from the 10th August 2010.
