FLAGGING NOTIFICATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 9, SECTION 10 OF THE FINNISH SECURITIES MARKETS ACT
Restamax Plc (Business ID 1952494-7) has on 18 September 2017 received from Evli Bank Plc (Business ID: 0533755-0) a notification of major shareholding under Section 9(5) of the Securities Markets Act, according to which the total holding in Restamax Plc's shares of Evli Bank Plc and the funds it manages has increased above the 5 per cent limit of Restamax Plc's share capital and number of votes on 15 September 2017.
