Today, Royal KPN N.V. ("KPN") has published the agenda of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders ("EGM"), to be held at KPN's headquarters in The Hague on Monday 4 September 2017.
The meeting is scheduled to appoint Mr Edzard Overbeek to the Supervisory Board of KPN. The intention to nominate Mr Overbeek for appointment as an independent member of the Supervisory Board was made public through a press release on 2 June 2017.
