Today, Royal KPN N.V. ("KPN") hosted an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders where KPN shareholders approved the appointment of Mr Edzard Overbeek to KPN's Supervisory Board.
The appointment of Mr Overbeek fulfils the Supervisory Board's intention to strengthen its knowledge of, and experience in the fields of the international communications industry, new business models and trends in the digital space.
