KPN EGM informed about intended appointment of Maximo Ibarra as CEO06.12.2017 16:15:02 CET
Today, Royal KPN N.V. ("KPN") hosted an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders where KPN shareholders were informed on the intention of the Supervisory Board to appoint Mr Maximo Ibarra to KPN's Board of Management. In addition, the EGM approved certain elements of Mr Ibarra's remuneration for services prior to his effective appointment as Chief Executive Officer ('CEO').
Following the EGM, Maximo Ibarra can be appointed as member and chairman of the Board of Management of KPN as of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 18 April 2018 ('AGM'). Mr Ibarra will assume the role and responsibility of CEO of KPN.
