ROBIT PLC' S INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERING - SEB PROVIDES INDICATIVE GUIDANCE WITHIN THE IPO PRICE RANGE

Robit Plc ("Robit" or the "Company") has on 5 May 2015 announced the launch of its initial public offering and its application for listing on the First North marketplace of NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Oy (the "Offering"). Robit will offer for subscription a maximum of 5,800,000 new shares in the Company (the "Issue Shares") and the Selling Shareholders will offer for purchase a maximum of 1,857,472 shares in the Company (the "Sale Shares", and together with the Issue Shares the "Offer Shares"). The preliminary subscription price range for the Offer Shares is a minimum of EUR 5.00 and a maximum of EUR 6.10 per share (the "Preliminary Subscription Price Range"). Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ.), Helsinki Branch ("SEB") is acting as the Lead Manager  of the Offering.

SEB today provides indicative guidance for institutions considering to offer to subscribe for Offer Shares in the Institutional Offering suggesting a price range of a minimum of EUR 5.55 and a maximum of EUR 5.80 per share within the Preliminary Subscription Price Range.

The Company or the Selling Shareholders have not taken decisions regarding the price range and the terms of the Offering remain unchanged. The final price for the Offer Shares will be set by the Selling Shareholders and the Company only after the end of the offer period, on or about 20 May 2015.

Unless discontinued according to their respective terms, the subscription period for the Institutional Offering will end on 20 May 2015 at 10.00 a.m. (Finnish time) at the latest, and the Public Offering and the Personnel Offering on 18 May 2015 at 5.00 p.m. (Finnish time).
