ROBIT PLC POSTPONES THE DISCLOSURE OF THE INTERIM REPORT FOR JANUARY-JUNE 2016
Robit Plc has resolved to postpone the disclosure of the Interim Report for January-June 2016. The Interim Report was supposed to be disclosed on 15th August 2016 at 11.00 a.m. The new disclosure day will be Tuesday 30th August 2016 at 11.00. The investor and analyst event will be held on the same day at 2.00 p.m. The place will be informed later.
The disclosure is postponed because of the acquisition concerning Drilling Tools Australia Ltd signed on 19th May 2016 and the effective date of the purchase of the shares to be 30th June 2016. With this procedure Robit Plc ensures availability of financial information for group consolidation and thus, for financial statement.
