ROBIT PLC'S FINANCIAL RELEASES AND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING IN 2017

In 2017 Robit Plc publishes the following financial releases:

• Financial statements release 2016 on Tuesday 28^th February 2017

• Q1/2017 net sales on Thursday 20^th April 2017

• Half-year financial report January-June 2017 on Thursday 17^th August 2017

• Q3/2017 net sales on Thursday 19^th October 2017

Financial statement and annual report 2016 will be published on Robit Plc's website during week 9.

Annual general meeting is planned to be held on Tuesday 23^th March 2017 in Tampere. In case a shareholder proposes an issue to be handled in the meeting or added on the agenda, it should be stated by Tuesday 7^th February 2017 at 4.00 p.m. via email investors@robit.fi. Board publishes annual general meeting notice later.

All financial reports are available in Finnish and English on the company's website after the publication.

Prior to the publication of financial statements release, half-year financial report or other financial review, Robit Plc observes a 21-day silent period.
