ROBIT PLC STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 15 MAY 2017 AT 8.45 A.M.
ROBIT PLC HAS APPLIED FOR ITS SHARES TO BE LISTED ON THE MAIN MARKET OF NASDAQ HELSINKI LTD
Robit Plc has submitted today its listing application with Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd ("Helsinki Stock Exchange") to list the company's shares on the official list of the Helsinki Stock Exchange. The listing of Robit Plc's shares is conditional on the Helsinki Stock Exchange approving the company's listing application. Trading in the company's shares on the official list is expected to start on or about 17 May 2017.
At the same time, Robit Plc has requested its shares to be removed from the First North Finland market maintained by Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd.
The trading code of company's shares (ROBIT) and the ISIN code (FI4000150016) will remain unchanged. Starting from this day, Robit Plc complies with the regulations on the disclosure obligations of listed companies.
