| At the Annual General Meeting of Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken, held on Tuesday 28 April, the following Members of the Board were re-elected: Claes Dahlbäck, Tore Daun, Urban Jansson, Tuve Johannesson, Lars H Thunell, Jacob Wallenberg, Marcus Wallenberg, Gösta Wiking and Carl Johan Åberg. Mats Larsson, Executive Vice President and Head of the Merchant Banking business area, was appointed new Deputy Member after Monica Caneman as a result of his proposed appointment as new Deputy for the President, in accordance with the rotation system that the Bank applies to this post. Directors appointed by the employees are Ulf Jensen and Bengt Samuelsson; Deputy Directors appointed by the employees are Henrik Nilsson and Inger Smedberg. Clas Blix and Göran Jacobsson were re-elected as Auditors and Lars Bonnevier and Peter Clemedtson as Deputy Auditors. The Financial Supervisory Authority has appointed Ulla Nordin Buisman as Auditor. * * * At the Statutory Meeting of the Board in connection with the Annual General Meeting Jacob Wallenberg was appointed Chairman and Claes Dahlbäck and Gösta Wiking Vice Chairmen. At the same meeting, Mats Larsson was appointed Deputy for the President in accordance with the rotation system within the Management Committee referred to above. * * *
The Annual General Meeting fixed the dividend at SEK 3.00 per share. The record date is 4 May, 1998.
