SEB sell its holding in Hansapank
| Today, SEB reached an agreement with FöreningsSparbanken concerning the transfer of SEB`s approximately 18 per cent holding of Hansapank shares to FöreningsSparbanken.
The agreement, which is dependent upon the approval of the authorities, will result in a capital gain of around SEK 200 million for SEB.
