Stork announces that further to the share buyback programme of shares Stork N.V. for 2006, announced in the press release of 26 July 2006 and executed by Rabo Securities, that:

 

- during the period from 4 August 2006 until and including 10 August 2006, Stork repurchased 134.487 of its shares at an average price of EUR 37,32 per share.

 

- during the period from 27 July 2006 until and including 10 August 2006, Stork repurchased 365.286 of its shares at an average price of EUR 37,28 per share.
