Announcement share buy back Stork N.V.



Stork announces that further to the share buyback programme of shares Stork N.V. for 2006, announced in the press release of 26 July 2006 and executed by Rabo Securities, that:
 
  • during the period from 25 August 2006 until and including 31 August 2006, Stork repurchased 54.608 of its shares at an average price of EUR 38,63 per share.
  • during the period from 27 July 2006 until and including 31 August 2006, Stork repurchased 499.355 of its shares at an average price of EUR 37,51 per share.
