07-09-2006 This morning Stork N.V. has received a request from Paulson & Co. Inc. and Centaurus Capital Ltd. to convene an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders. Stork has also taken notice of the press release issued by Paulson and Centaurus concerning this subject.
Stork is surprised that Paulson and Centaurus did not express their view at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of 5 September 2006 and are considering upon a reaction, which will be announced publicly.
