Announcement share buy back Stork N.V.



Stork announces that further to the share buyback programme of shares Stork N.V. for 2006, announced in the press release of 26 July 2006 and executed by Rabo Securities, that:
 
  • during the period from 8 September 2006 until and including 14 September 2006, Stork repurchased 195.668 of its shares at an average price of EUR 40,01 per share.
  • during the period from 27 July 2006 until and including 14 September 2006, Stork repurchased 828.097 of its shares at an average price of EUR 38,65 per share.
