Announcement share buy back Stork N.V.



Stork announces that further to the share buyback programme of shares Stork N.V. for 2006, announced in the press release of 26 July 2006 and executed by Rabo Securities, that:
 
  • during the period from 15 September 2006 until and including 21 September 2006, Stork repurchased 222.171 of its shares at an average price of EUR 40,76 per share.
  • during the period from 27 July 2006 until and including 21 September 2006, Stork repurchased 1.050.268 of its shares at an average price of EUR 39,09 per share.
 
Rectification:
In the Press release of 15 September 2006 an average price of EUR 40,01 per share has been mentioned wrongly. The correct price is EUR 41,01 per share.
