Announcement share buy back Stork N.V.
Stork announces that further to the share buyback programme of shares Stork N.V. for 2006, announced in the press release of 26 July 2006 and executed by Rabo Securities, that:
- During the period from 6 October 2006 until and including 12 October 2006, Stork repurchased 173.174 of its shares at an average price of EUR 40,00 per share.
- During the period from 27 July 2006 until and including 12 October 2006, Stork repurchased 1.668.507 of its shares at an average price of EUR 39,47 per share.
