("Stork"), LME Eignarhaldsfelag ehf ("LME") and London Acquisition B.V., a holding company controlled by funds managed and advised by, or affiliated with, Candover[1] jointly announce that they are continuing their discussions to look at an alternative transaction that takes into account the interest of all stakeholders involved.
