Solvang ASA Company disclosures

Solvang has sold and delivered LPG/C "Clipper Victoria" of 12,000 cbm, built in 1976, for recycling. Solvang had an ownership interest of 27% in the ship. The sale will not have significant impact on profit and loss, but will contribute about USD 0.9 mill of cash to Solvang ASA.
