Solvang ASA Company disclosures

Solvang and partners have sold and delivered LPG/C/E "Heros" of 12,000 cbm, built in 1978, for recycling. Solvang had an ownership interest of 19.5% in the vessel. The sale gives a gain of approximately NOK 1.3 mill, which will be entered as income in the 2nd quarter 2010.
