Solvang ASA Company disclosures

Solvang has received notice from Neu Gas Carriers for termination of the Joint VentureAgreement in International Gas Carriers (IGC). Neu and Solvang have marketed their fully ref LPG vessels jointly through IGC since May 2008. The joint venture has been marketing a leet 15 ships, 9 LGC vessels and 6 VLGC vessels, out of which Neu owns 6 vessels. 5 of
these ships have participated in joint venture or pool with Solvang vessels.

Solvang's owns and operates a modern fleet of fully ref vessels consisting of 10 vessels. 7 are 60.000 cbm LGC vessels, 3 are VLGC vessels out of which 2 are 75,000 cbm panmax ships and one is 82,000 cbm.
