Solvang : Mandatory notification of trade own shares


Solvang ASA has today 24/10/2011 sold 39 540 shares in Solvang ASA to employees at price NOK 20.83 per share. New balance of own shares after this sale is 319 978.

Related to the sale to employees three primary insiders in Solvang ASA have bought shares in the company (new balance):

Deputy CEO Edvin Endresen 1 440 shares (1 440)
Fleet Dir. Tor Øyvind Ask 1 440 shares (4 154)
Finance Manager Egil Fjogstad 1 440 shares (6 923)

The shares are bought at a 20% discount i.e. NOK 16.67 per share.
