Mr Walter WUEST, President of the Supervisory Board of S.T.Dupont, has announced his resignation of duty as result of retirement which will take effect as at January, 1st, 2008.
He will be replaced by Mr Joseph WAN, Vice President of the Supervisory Board.
Mr Walter WUEST has been appointed as Director of S.T.Dupont since 1987, when the Dickson Group took over S.T.Dupont and was appointed as President of the Supervisory Board of S.T.Dupont on October, 8, 1996.
After 25 years within the Dickson Group, of which 20 years within S.T.Dupont, Mr Walter WUEST has decided to retire.
Both the Supervisory Board and the Management Board of S.T.Dupont take this opportunity to thank Mr WUEST for his valuable contribution to the S.T.Dupont Group over the past 20 years.
