Schedule for registration of the new shares subscribed in Savo-Solar Ltd's Initial Public Offering

In Savo-Solar's Initial Public Offering a total of 2,036,850 new class A shares were subscribed. Due to a delay in receiving payments from certain subscribers, the new shares have not been registered with the Trade Register today as estimated in the prospectus.

The new shares are estimated to be registered with the Trade Register on Monday, 30 March 2015 and they are estimated to be delivered to the subscribers on Tuesday, 31 March 2015.
