Change to Hoivatilat executive team

On 8 November, the Board of Hoivatilat appointed Riku Patokoski, architect (SAFA), as a member of the company's executive team, the company's deputy managing director and the director of the southern Finland region.

Riku has strong knowledge of the market in the southern Finland, as well as competence in land use planning and concept creation. Earlier, Riku has worked at Peab and Skanska, among other companies, in responsible management positions. He will start his work at Hoivatilat in January 2018.

"Riku will perfectly supplement our executive team through both his education and work experience. He has been in a central role, for instance, in the launch of the BoKlok living concept in Finland. At the same time, we will get international experience and strategic skills for our company", says CEO Jussi Karjula.
