Suomen Hoivatilat Oyj: Suomen Hoivatilat Plc expands its operations to Sweden

Suomen Hoivatilat Plc ("Hoivatilat") has previously announced its intention to explore opportunities to expand business operations to other Nordic countries. Hoivatilat has today resolved to establish a Swedish subsidiary.

Maria Frid has been appointed as the managing director of the Swedish subsidiary from 3 September 2018. Upon assuming her duties, Maria Frid will not be a member of Hoivatilat's executive team. Frid will report to Hoivatilat's CEO Jussi Karjula.

Maria Frid brings with her the experience of senior leadership roles in property management and the care property business. Frid, who has previously held the position of head property manager at SWECO Sverige AB, holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Lund University.
