Suomen Hoivatilat Oyj: Change in the composition of Shareholders' Nomination Board

2Care Capital Ab has announced that its representative in Hoivatilat Shareholders' Nomination Board will be Stefan Björkman, Chief Executive Officer, Föreningen Konstsamfundet r.f..

Other two members of the Nomination Board, determined on the basis of the registered holdings in the company's shareholders' register on 1 September 2018, are Timo Leskinen, Chief Investment Officer at OP Wealth Management, OP Rahastoyhtiö Oy (OP investment funds) and Johannes Wingborg, Corporate Governance Manager, Länsförsäkringar Fondförvaltning AB

Pertti Huuskonen, Chairman of Suomen Hoivatilat Oyj's Board of Directors, will serve as the Nomination Board's expert member.
