The Scottish Salmon Company Limited (SSC) Resolution to Apply for Transfer of Listing

The Scottish Salmon Company Limited is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors has resolved to:

apply to Oslo Stock Exchange for a transfer of listing of SSC's shares from Oslo Axess to Oslo Stock Exchange's marketplace (main list) with simultaneous delisting on Oslo Axess.

SSC will aim to have its application considered at the meeting of the board of Oslo Stock Exchange on 24 November 2010, with a completed transfer of listing soon thereafter.
