Transfer of listing from Oslo Axess to Oslo Børs

 

The Company has today submitted an application to the Oslo Stock Exchange to have its shares transferred from Oslo Axess to Oslo Stock Exchange's main list with a simultaneous delisting on Oslo Axess. The Company expects that the application will be considered at the board meeting of Oslo Børs ASA on 27 April 2011, with a listing on Oslo Stock Exchange main list on or about 29 April 2011, to be further detailed in later announcements.
