Review of financial reporting by Finanstilsynet

Reference is made to The Scottish Salmon Company Limited ("SSC or the "Company" and, together with Lighthouse Caledonia ASA, the "Group") announcement of 15 March 2010 regarding the Financial Supervisory of Authority of Norway (Finanstilsynet) supervision of the consolidated financial statements of 2008.

 

SSC is pleased to announce that Finanstilsynet today has published its final letter in respect of the review of financial reporting of SSC. The Company has already announced that it would comply with Finanstilsynet's decisions set forth in Finanstilsynet's letter and that the requested changes to the Group's 2007 and 2008 financial statements will be disclosed in the notes to the Company's 2010 financial statements, which will be made available shortly.
