The Scottish Salmon Company to transfer its listing from Oslo Axess to Oslo Bors

The Board of the Oslo Bors resolved to admit shares in The Scottish Salmon Company Limited to listing on Oslo Bors. The company's shares have been listed on Oslo Axess since 8 July 2010 as a continuation of the formerly-listed company Lighthouse Caledonia ASA.

The Board of the Oslo Bors approved an exemption from the requirement for the company to have been in existence for at least three years, cf. Section 2.3.1 and Section 2.3.2 of the Listing Rules. The exemption was granted since the business has been in existence for the required time, but has operated through a different legal entity.

The Board of the Oslo Bors stipulated that, prior to the first day of listing, the company must publish an approved summary of its prospectus as required by Section 7-2 of the Securities Trading Regulations.

The Board of the Oslo Bors authorised the Chief Executive Officer of Oslo Bors to fix the date of the first day of listing on Oslo Bors, which is to be no later than 10 June 2011.

The Company plan for the first day of listing to be  Friday 29th April 2011, further information will follow.
